I ordered two of these bad boys and was very excited. They showed up and one was DOA and the other kept rebooting. So back in the box they went and returned to amazon. After much searching and deciding the Vizualogics were really the only ones to get...I just could not part with the $1400 it would take to get them to my house. So I ordered these one more time. I am so glad I did...the second set is working great and I have no complaints. I figured if Best Buy was carrying them now...they cant be to bad!UPDATED- Just got back from a 1000mi trip and these things worked awesome! no skips, screen looked great in both day and night conditions. These are installed in a 2010 Chevy Suburban. I am very happy with them, I'm changing the rating to 5 star to help the overall review.

Not what I expected

Too expensive just to watch dvd movies. Poor Screen resolution, poor FM sound quality (you must unplug car antenna to properly tune the dvd audio) You must buy power adapter, most mp4 files need to be reconverted to be played on sd/usb card. It can not show extended mp3/mp4 file names so you dont know what you have in your storage device. If you tilt the headrest, passenger can not use the headrest. Much better get two 7" players instead one 9" like this.
