Remote control doesnt work

The remote control doesnt work. I believed the battery had no charge so I changed it for a new one but it is still not working appropiate.

Video Buffering

Clock, button, AM channels, and screen issues

1. Clock falls behind about 11 minutes a day. About an hour by end of week.2. All the buttons are crowded on the left side of the unit. Pressing the #5 sometimes activates the mute button.3. Several AM channels do not lock in. I get static while driving on unobstructed areas of the freeway. A deal breakers for me, since my traffic channel is mostly static during my commute.4. The info at the bottom of the screen (time, channel preset, etc) are so small, that you cannot see it easily from the driver's view, even though there is a lot of room on the screen to accommodate larger letters and numbers.RETURNED!
