Due to the increased popularity of these units, we challenged our engineers to develop a series of in-dash DVD players with built-in monitors that would provide a high quality, yet affordable entertainment solution for 12-volt system builders. The SD315 is an in-dash single DIN DVD/MP3/CD AM/FM receiver with a 3.2” widescreen touchscreen monitor. This unit also features USB and SD/MMC card ports and a front panel 3.5mm A/V input, and a detachable control panel for added security. Screen resolution of 960 x 234 pixels, brightness of 400 NITS, and wide angle/off-axis visibility helps effectively keep passengers entertained. Addition features include vertical angle adjustment, on-screen menu display, NTSC/PAL compatible monitor, a PLL synthesized tuner with 30 station presets, and switchable USA/European frequencies. This unit provides maximum flexibility with separate bass and treble adjustment and balance and fader controls, dual audio stereo/video RCA outputs, and a subwoofer RCA output for system building, and a wireless remote control. This unit also boasts a rear view camera RCA input with trigger wire that will automatically switch the monitor to the camera input when the vehicle is put in reverse. Good feature rich basic stereo

Good feature rich but basic stereo. Plays from AM/FM/CD/DVD/AUX/USB/SDHC (specifications for stereo only state SD but 16GB SDHC works perfectly). Great improvement over my 15 year old Blaupunkt in my truck. A bit slow changing modes and about 15 seconds reading SDHC card each time SD mode selected. Could have a bit more audio customization and text while playing from SD/USB/CD could be larger. Some basic features such as loudness and selecting folders only available with remote control. Comes with all parts and cables necessary for installation. Good value

I was impressed with the quality of sound and different functions. How ever i wish that it had more equalizer controls for fine tuneing. it is a very well priced radio for all the diffrent options that it offers

Very good disposable receiver.

I love the mini SD memory card feature it's better that using an USB stick, which by the way is not ecstatically nice and attracts attention to your receiver.I've been using it with a 16GB mini SD card and have up to now 1562 Mp3 songs saved on it and using it in shuffle mode. You won't need to carry around a bunch of CDs cluttering your clove compartment or your backseat. The video option is quite nice, sharp and the sound is very good.BUT the only setbacks are You can't read and/or recognize the song tiles on the display when playing Mp3's.They should simplify this or include an option to do this and it BROKE DOWN AFTER 4 MONTHS, no sound only from the subwoofer. I've even tried resetting the receiver but no luck.
