Great Product for the Money

This is a great unit for the money. I bought it for a chevy Avalanche with tan leather interior and although it does not match perfectly it is very hard to tell. The only thing I would say is that check the resolution when shopping around. That seems to determine the price point. This unit has a fairly low resolution for it's size however it still looks fine. My 9 year old has never complained about it. Easy installation however the directions are almost non existent. I have had this unit for about 6 months now and have only had one issue where it would not boot past the "home" screen but I powered it down and back up and it was ok.

Overall pretty good - image quality isn't HD but I thought for a head rest mounted video screen that is used for Chuggington videos for my two year old it is more than sufficient. Installation was easy once I figured out how to dismantle the seat in my wifes Ford Edge, whole thing took less than 1/2 an hour. Was able to tap the power off the back seat power receptacle - be careful though, if your power recepts. aren't tied to the ignition switch forgetting to turn off the headrest will drain your battery overnight. Only real big complaint is opening the unit - eject switch has to be pressed in and down and even then you have to lift up on the screen a little before it will open and give you access to the disc. All in all great product for the price and keeps the little one quiet on long drives . . . .

Lo adquirí hace 6 meses aproximadamente, me agrado mucho el diseño y la calidad de construcción, la inatalación fue larga y un poco complicada. La imagen es buena, el sonido no muy bueno, sin embargo conectado a los parlantes infinity de mi ford se escucha bastante bien. El problema es que despues de unos 4 meses de uso, el optico dejo de funcionar, los cds giraban pero ya no leian.Realmente me sorprendio que suceda esto en tan poco tiempo. Tube que llevarlo a un tecnico que reemplazo el optico 50 dolares y quedó bien. Sin embargo ahora tambien tengo problemas al cerrar la tapa, no se queda cerrada y se abre por cualquier movimiento ,advierto esto a futuros compradores.Es por esta razón la calificacion de tres estrellas
