OK product at best. Customer service is TERRIBLE.

Worst Customer Service of all time had an issue and was emailed by a nasty reply. This is a deal killer for me for any future dealings with this company. The item was missing certain parts and when i ask if i can purchase the parts needed. I was told to buy a whole new unit. If i didn't like it it was to bad. yet the unit it 2 weeks old. If it wasnt for a good store i purchased it from i would have been screwed. I chose to upgrade to a better and more reliable manufacturer. Do yourself a favor spend a few bucks more and save a headache and being belittled. Companies are only as good as the service and this company is the WORST. I would have given it one star but the unit was in the box. Never even turned it on. Stay away !!!!!!!!!!!

Installed on my Dodge Journey 2012 and its been working fine, though I havent used it very much. FM transmitter gets a litle to much interference but its acceptable. Havent tried my IR headphone yet. Image is good. Couldnt play mp4 video on a USB drive even though it says I can. AVI worked fine. Subtitles were white, coould not be resized or had thier position changed. I keep posting.

Unreliable - tried 2 different ones - both were bad.

First Unit - After installation, will not power up unless the power was turned off 5 or 6 times. I had to turn the ignition key off and on then hit the power button to see if it works, and keep doing that over and over again. Called Power Acoustik customer service but never got an answer - left messages, but they never called back. Amazon send a replacement without hesitation (Amazon Customer Service is the best!). Second Unit - Replacement had issues too - scratchy / interferance noise over all the headseats and over the FM Modulation even before starting the movie! This time, I returned it and ordered a different model.Cheap quality. Don't buy. I have installed many car electronics before - everything was done acording to the installation manual; it's just unreliable stuff!
