Does the Job, but Overall I am Disappointed

The item works. I paid to have it installed and I have no issues. However the screen does not stay shut. I am constantly driving down the road and it the screen comes down. I find this extremely annoying. That is why I am leaving the poor rating. Because I have already had it installed, I just have to put up with it for however long I have this vehicle.
