it is not working

I bought this product for car recording. I thought it will help me to get evidence, if I get accident.However, it does not work. LED light just twinkled. I serched BLACKVUE site to solve this problem my self, and I eliminated all programs in SD card because they recomand. And I set up some programs agian which connected with BLACKVUE. But....it does not work. I send email to korean company which made this product, but they said you should send the product to korea :) Thank you for anwsering.I am totally exhausted to solve the problem. I also just recomand "Don't buy this" :)
