DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDER!

I bought this item.... Twice now.... And have yet to receive an order worthy of installation. The first package came,, boxed nicely from amazon, but upon inspection of the contents.... They had been previously installed And returned. One headrest still had a dvd in it! The problem, when they were uninstalled by whoever returned them, they just cut the wires making them useless.Thinking it must have simply been a fluke, someone returned something saying it still worked And plexon Inc did not inspect it... So i ordered another pair, on my dime while waiting to be refunded for.the first pair because they do not do exchanges... It came in the mail yesterday, delivered by ups, packaged perfect, no damage. Open the box to inspect the.contents And it is missing 1 headrest And accessories (like i had only ordered 1) And the headphones for the set i did have. Again, i have to call And complain. The amazon Customer Service folks speak english as a second or third language And make matters worse. The item is not sold by amazon so they do not handle anything other than helping you file a complaint And send you a shipping label to send it back And wait another week to 10 days for.the refund to be posted.Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDER!
