Pyle Low Quality

This unit worked for about three minutes then went bad, sudden volume increase, no response to controls, then went dead; but aside from that, the overall feel and look of the unit was of a low quality. If one of these units would work for anyone out there, i would suspect that it would not have a long service life. Certainly not as long as the original car radio or of better brand names like Pioneer. Buyer beware of these or similar units. --In any case, Amazon came through and issued a refund after i returned it-- they even paid the postage. So Pyle gets an F grade and Amazon gets an A. I'll be looking for a better brand name.

i purchased this unit refurbished and you get what you pay for. installed easily but i was a bit upset that the radio sound quality was better than the cd.... the instruction manual was not complete. the bluetooth worked well. trying to adjust the balance and fade was lagging in response and for 50w per channel you can't tell at all. trying to decide whether or not to keep and amp my mids or just get something better.

Get what you paid for

I brought this item for a good price at 139.99 but you what you paid for. Only way to adjust the color or contrast is to have it on cd/dvd mode. The volume fades in and out like auto volume but i dont think it has that setting. maybe a bad in stall by best buy so im going to take it back to them. but if their nothing they can do, i will return it to amazon and get my money back. The dvd player shows really well.
