13.3 portable DVD player

It has good picture and sound quality. I think the manual is a little cheap, not very helpful in guiding you through step by step. I believe the power cord could have been longer. It will not play some of my store bought DVD's which all play in my other systems. If it would play the movies, I would keep it, but I do not want to have to trasfer movie to another disc in order to play it.

Play one movie and then not this one

Great picture, sound could be better. The problem is that I tried to play a movie from of a series of movies one would play then the next one would not, the control is of very bad quality, nerve could get the game to work right. The customer service personal work with me on this, they are great to find an answer for this happening, but answer from their supplier
