Installed item in car worked ok at first then it went completely dead. Checked fuses they were ok checked power to unit ok sent item back

Ok, I've had this for a few months now and I ha e to say that this is what you want to get if you want to look like a show off. It doesent perform well in the graphic interface, but does show movies very clear. Note that in the day time it is very hard to see the screen but is very clear at night. Now the one issue I had is when the screen comes out. When the screen comes out it pushes back agianst whatever's above it(ac and heater in my case.) It never makes any noises or grinding noises, it just has pressure and it actually keeps the screen from moving when I'm pushing on it. I'm not sure if that's what its suppose to do because outside the car the screen comes out at roughly 95 degrees. But so far it hasent given me any problems. if this is what its suppose to do let me know so I can change to 5 stars. Thanks!
